A Board Settings (Advanced, Capabilities, Fields Settings)
* Dubuplus boards have a lot of setting features. So it is difficult to create a board as you wish without understanding each setting value. In this chapter, we will explain each setting in detail.
* Please refer to ‘Create a Board’ (default setting) for the Board Settings.
[Board Advanced Settings]
① Upvotes/Downvotes Feature: A function that displays a like and dislike for a visitor to a post on the board. You can sort your posts by popularity based on their like/dislike counts.
② Private Post Feature
- Disable : Visible to all visitors
- Select : Select whether or not to show
- Automatic : All posts automatically set as private post
③ Reply Feature: Reply to the post
④ Comments Feature: Reply to the post
⑤ SNS Sharing Feature: Share posts on this board with SNS like Facebook
⑥ Dubudisk e: choose to use the cloud service provided by Dubuplus
⑦ Subject Feature: Classification based on the nature of the post you are creating.
[Board Capabilities Settings]
① View List: A list authority item for lists that if the member is not allowed to access the list, it is also impossible to view posts.
② View Posts: Items for viewing authority
③ Write Posts: Items for writing authority
④ View Comments: View comment on the written posts
⑤ Write Comments: Settings for authority to write comments
⑥ Write Replies: Settings for authority to write replies
⑦ Download Files: Settings for authority to download files
⑧ Manage Board: Settings for all authorities to access to the boards and delete, move, edit, and etc.
[Board Field Settings]
① Post Page: Information about the items that visitors should enter when registering on the board
② Display Name: When the visitor registers the post, the title of the item is shown as the display name.
③ Mandatory: The post is registered only when the visitor has entered it as mandatory
④ Display: Items that are not required, but do not need to be entered or entered by visitors
⑤ Fields on Read & List Page: Whether to make the item visible on the list screen and in the post contents.
⑥ Read: An item for a post detail that visitors see when they click on a post from the list
⑦ List Page: Items on the board's post list
