Member List

You can see all the registered members in the member list. In the member list, you can withdraw or reject memberships and change member's grade. For members who have completed the membership registration, the administrator separates them into Approval and Disapproval, so approved members will appear in Member list and disapproved members will be in pending member list.

In this chapter, we assumed that the membership registration method is set to 'Disapproval' in 'Membership Registration Preferences', we will approve members who have registered for membership as pending members and promote them to regular members. 

[Approving registered member as a pending member]

Click Membership management>Member list in Manage Mode to manage the member list. If you set the membership registration method as 'Approval' in Membership registration preferences, administrator need to 'approve' the registered member who is waiting for the registration approval so that the member can sign in and use the website services. 

STEP 1. Go to 'Pending members' tab for approval of membership. 

STEP 2. When you go to 'Pending members' list, a member named 'Esther' is in the pending member list. Click on the check box in front of the member name, and click Approve. Then go to Member list tab. 

STEP 3. 'Esther' will appear in the member list now, and the member's status is 'Approved'. Now 'Esther' can sign in as a member. 

(TIP) Rejected members are also moved to the member list. But the rejected members cannot sign in with the ID. 

[Promote Membership] 

STEP 1. Now we will upgrade 'Esther's membership level to a regular member. Click 'Esther' and select 'Regular member' for the membership level.

STEP 2. Finally we can see 'Esther' as a regular member.
