Deactivate and Delete Members

If you want to withdraw a member in the member list, the member will be moved to Deactivate/Delete members menu and be withdrawn. In Deactivate/Delete members menu, you can restore and completely delete members from the list. 

[Deactivate and Restore members]

We will deactivate a member 'Esther' from the member list and restore the membership. 

STEP 1. Let's deactivate 'Esther' from the member list. Click 'Deactivate this member' button. 

STEP 2. 'Esther' will be removed from the member list and deactivated. The deactivated member 'Esther' will be moved to 'Deactivate/Delete members' menu. The member's cause of deactivation will be shown as 'Force Deactivation' and if it is done by the member's will, it will be shown as 'Withdrawal'

STEP 3. If you click on Recover button, the member will be restored and the previous membership level will be restored as before.  

(TIP) If you click Delete, the member will be deleted completely from the list and cannot be restored.
