You can set the notifications of new membership registrations, new posts on boards, etc. for each app.

 

Click [Manage mode] – [Preferences]


Click [Site Management] – [Notification Settings]


Select the app.

 

 

[Membership Management/Board/Shopping Mall/Accommodation Booking]


Decide whether to use email notification.


You can set the email for sending/receiving notifications. 


(TIP)

Email address to send notifications : This is the email address that appears when a notification is sent to a visitor. 

Email address to receive notifications : This is the email address that the administrator will receive. You can set up to three email addresses.

- The caller email address of the notifications that an administrator receives will be shown as the number of visitor if there is a contact email address of the visitor, and if not, Dubuplus main email address will be shown.


It is the feature of modifying and previewing the notification contents.

 

Editing Message Phrases

- When setting email notifications, you can modify the message to be sent.

- After editing, the message is reset if you click [Default phrase]

- When modifying messages, try using the variables below. The message will be set according to the business type. However, be sure to apply the variable names as shown below.  

 


[Hard Capacity]


Set email to receive the notifications when the capacity is exceeded.


Select the capacity volume to receive the notification.
