Dubuplus has updated a security solution application feature that protects the information of users and visitors accessing Dubuplus website.
The security solution is called SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) which can be applied by issuing a certificate.
[Manage mode] - [Preferences] - [Site management] - [SSL settings]
* To use SSL, you should set up a [Main domain] first.
* You can set up a main domain in [Manage mode] - [Preferences] - [Site management] - [Domain settings]
* The [Default certificate] provided by Dubuplus can be used immediately if it is set as Dubuplus name server.
* Make sure that [domain], [www.domain] and [m.domain] are all connected to Dubuplus name server and then connect the default certificate.
* If you would like to use [Paid certificate], it can be purchased by a certificate authority issuing SSL security certificate, and upload the issued certificate to Dubuplus.
If the certificate is successfully applied, a small padlock icon will appear in the site address bar and your website address will start with [HTTPS://].
With a SSL feature, any personal information of your website visitors can be protected when visiting the website.
By doing so, your website will be recognized as a reliable and secure website, and it can prevent any information or data on the website from being leaked and hacked.
So we highly recommend that you apply a SSL feature when you create your website.
