In the case of Dubuplus yearly paid service, you will be informed about payment dates by email from 30 days ago.

# If you want to cancel your auto payment for your paid service,

1. Go to Preferences – Management of Paid Services

2. Click Management

3. Click Payment Status – Cancel auto pay to cancel your auto payment.

# Note!

- Yearly auto payment: Full refund before 14 days/ After 14 days, it will be regarded as ‘Cancel auto payment’, so your service will be maintained until the service expiration date (next payment date) and no refunds are possible.  

- Monthly auto payment: it is ‘Cancel auto payment’, so you can cancel your auto payment before the service expiration date (next payment date)
