The time of expiration notification message for Dubuplus paid service are different depending on the payment plans.

- Yearly: The notification email will be sent before 30 days - 15 days - 7 days- a day from the expiration date.

- Monthly: The notification email will be sent before 7 days -1 day from the expiration date.

# If you want to check the expiration date?

1. Go to Preferences – Management of Paid Services

2. You can check your purchase history, payment method, expiration date, and cancellation of payment.

# Note!

If you do not want to renew your paid service, cancel the payment.

If you do not cancel before the renewal date, it will be automatically charged.
